Tiramisu's turn for a Late Nite in Esplanade

Watching Singapore art-house disco porn-punk band Tiramisu live is a little like eating mixed rice. It's all about the spread. And what a spread it is, from fried chicken to 'tom yam' seafood to braised cuttlefish, seaweed soup and steamed fish. Then on the other side there's some 'kung pao' chicken, stir-fried pork dices with dried chili, butter prawns and deep-fried eggplant slices. Not to mention there's ...

Oh the band, right. I sometimes forget that this is not my kitchen. Oh you mean I never mentioned I could cook? Yeah in between working out 50-hours a day in the gym, dating super models, starring in hit TV shows and generally saving the universe and the few ones beyond it, I sometimes cook as well. I don't mean to brag, but I will, I am a damn fine cook. How do I know that? Cause only I have been worthy to eat my own food so you have to take my supreme word for it. I am a fine cook. There, I've said it again.

Hah, of course I know there isn't 50-hours in a day. That's an IQ test for everyone. I tested it once in a kindergarten. They all failed.

They sure don't make kids like they used to.
